Our gym floor cover rack base frame are made of square steel tubbing 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x .110 with 2 diagonal braces 3/16" x 1". Frame size 34" wide x 135 1/2" Long. Side frame are made of steel square tubing 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x .110. Side Frame size: 34" wide x 64" high. The casters are 5" diameter featuring sealed bearing and non-marking urethane. There 4 by rack and 2 with stopper brake. The pillow blocks is 1" diameter x 5 1/2" overall length it come with sealed bearing, 2 sets of screws per pillow block to secure aluminium roller. A locking pin in the pillow block prevents cover from unravelling. The aluminium roller tubes are 2 3/4" diameter x .125 wall thickness x 137" length, aluminium alloy #6005-T55. Each end fitted with a 1" diameter machined aluminium roll stock, TIG welded and machined to remove all burrs. 1 3/4" bolt to secure both manual handle and optionnal electrical power winder. It is painted with 2 coated of "Chateau" ferro plastic 60% gloss. All the harware nuts and bolts are zinc plated. All framed parts are wrapped with a protective foam and covered in a 20 oz vinyl. All hardware are shipped in a cardboard carton. Aluminium rolls/tubes are wrapped in a protective vinyl and crated for shipping protection purpose.An optionnal brush assembly is available. made of nylon filted to aluminium channel and secured to a metal frame. Hinge design for easy insertion and removal of vinyl flor cover. The frame weight is 285 lbs and each roller 25 lbs.
